		<description>I hear you.  An example I often think of in this vein is The Rapture, when all the saved people will be taken instantly to heaven.  This was the subject of the hugely successful &quot;Left Behind&quot; books.  I keep thinking, if someone believed that was going to happen, there&#039;d be no impetus to improve the world.  What would the point be?

		<description>What makes it easy to be happy as a conservative is how believing that God will save you makes everything easier.  Ignore what&#039;s going on in the real world, because it&#039;s God&#039;s way and in the end, he&#039;ll be the judge.  Religion is indeed the greatest of opiates.</description>
